A mentorship and fitness program designed to give young men a positive outlet, a clear sense of direction, and access to role models who have lived lives of service and discipline.
Request InformationRashard Aiken knows firsthand what it means to grow up without a consistent male figure in the home. Raised by a single mother, he found his footing—and eventually built a career in law enforcement that began in July 2017.
The Raiken Program is his way of giving back. Not through charity, but through presence, accountability, and example. He believes boys don't need perfect circumstances—they need someone to show them what discipline, purpose, and integrity actually look like.
This program isn't for boys in crisis. It's for any young man who wants a productive outlet, a structure that challenges him physically, and mentors who speak from real life—not a textbook.
"I didn't have a lot of examples growing up. I had to figure things out on my own. That's exactly why I built this—so these boys don't have to."
Every session is designed around physical challenge, mental sharpening, and real-world perspective.
Fitness sessions that build discipline, resilience, and physical confidence. Not about looking a certain way—about proving to yourself that you can push through hard things.
Every young man leaves each session with something to work toward. We help them identify what they actually want, break it down into steps, and hold themselves to it.
Consistent check-ins, follow-through, and a culture where showing up matters. Boys learn early that who they become is a result of the small decisions they make every day.
Every mentor in The Raiken Program comes from a background of service. These are not motivational speakers or volunteers with good intentions. They are men who have lived the values they teach—discipline, sacrifice, and showing up when it's hard.
All mentors are vetted. All mentors serve as living examples of what commitment to something larger than yourself looks like. That is the standard of The Raiken Program.
